As a nutritionist and coach, I am committed to helping people reach their desired potential through food, mindfulness, and other practices. Working as a team, we collaborate to help you achieve your individual goals in nutrition and wellness.  My areas of  specialty include female body nutrition, PCOS, menopause, inflammation, metabolic syndrome, & diabetes. I also specialize in food relationship coaching, where we dive into the meaning of food and the thoughts & behaviors around it. 

My passion is rooted in the fertile soil of nature and the resiliency of our bodies. I understand that healing and health look and feel different for everyone, which is why I work with each individual to create an approach that is tailored to their unique needs and desires.
