I help individuals with PCOS that are frustrated with fad diets and want to enjoy food again. I take a non-diet approach with my clients and show them that all foods can fit into their healthy lifestyle-no need to keep depriving yourself.
I specialize in PCOS, mindful eating and individuals ready to improve their health, prevent disease, manage conditions (pre-diabetes, diabetes, CKD, NAFLD, chronic fatigue, prenatal/postpartum nutrition).
I offer virtual group coaching and 1:1 sessions, meal plan subscriptions and online nutrition and culinary courses.
